POETIC RESONANCE

In Quantum physics observation collapses the wave function, reducing a system of possibilities into a knowable thing. So how do we explore relational systems to find meaning and to shape the probabilistic landscape.

In my mapping projects, urban adventuring and image composition the sensation of being lost is often key to establishing new understanding of connections. In untethering located experience, other complex relationships and resonant understandings can emerge. 

There is an expansiveness in the sensation of an image just before it is resolved. The ability to oscillate between ways of knowing and experience multiple coexisting possibilities.

In montaging holographic images I seek to communicate scene that emerges between images. Collecting and composing images into sequences and fields is also a technique I employ to explore perception and how procedural action can generate dimensional. With Twisted Vision (2025) sewing became a metaphor, a tool to set intentions and a way to map digital image generation frameworks. 

Poetics enables ideas to co-exist and share meaning enriching understandings through resonance and contrast.
